YouTube Music app now supports saving songs, albums, and playlists for offline listening

If you use YouTube Music, then you’ll want to check out a spiffy new feature that’s been added to the app.

YouTube Music now lets you choose songs, albums, and playlists that you want to save for offline listening. To do so, find the three-dot menu for the song, album, or playlist that you want to save and then select “Save to offline songs”.

The YouTube Music app previously let you save music for offline listening, but only as an offline mixtape that was created based on your listening history. That’s better than nothing, but sometimes you want to save something specific for offline listening. Now YouTube Music subscribers can save exactly the tunes that they want and enjoy them when they’ve got a weak or non-existent internet connection.
