Huawei launches four new Android tablets in the U.S.

In the market for a new Android tablet? If you, you picked a good time, because Huawei has unleashed four new Android tablets in the U.S.

The Huawei MediaPad T3 8-inch, MediaPad T3 10-inch, MediaPad M3 Lite 8-inch, and MediaPad M3 Lite 10-inch are now available in the U.S. Here’s what the specs and prices for each of these Android slates look like:

  • MediaPad T3 8-inch: Runs Android 7.0 with EMUI 5.1 on an 8-inch 1280x800 display, Snapdragon 425 processor, 5-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front cameras, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and a 4800mAh battery. Available at Amazon and Newegg for $139.

Huawei MediaPad T3 10-inch

  • MediaPad T3 10-inch: 9.6-inch 1280x800 display with Android 7.0 and EMUI 5.1, Snapdragon 425 processor, 5-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front cameras, 16GB of storage, 2GB of RAM, and a 4800mAh battery. Available at Amazon and Newegg for $159.

Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 8-inch

  • MediaPad M3 Lite 8-inch: 8-inch 1920x1200 display, Android 7.0 and EMUI 5.1, Snapdragon 435 processor, 8-megapixel front and rear cameras, 3GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, dual speakers with Harman Kardon tuning, and 4800mAh battery. Available at Amazon and Newegg for $199.

Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10-inch

  • MediaPad M3 Lite 10-inch: Runs Android 7.0 and EMUI 5.1 on a 10-inch 1920x1200 display, Snapdragon 435 processor, 3GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, 8-megapixel front and rear cameras, four speakers with Harman Kardon tuning, and a 6660mAh battery. Available at Amazon and Newegg for $249.

Huawei’s new MediaPad devices include a range of hardware options, including the affordable MediaPad T3 8-inch and the media-focused MediaPad M3 Lite 10-inch. It’s good to see Huawei making its new array of Android tablets available in the U.S., because while we may not see a ton of new Android tablets coming to market anymore, there are still some folks out there that like ‘em.
