T-Mobile SyncUp Drive now includes free roadside assistance

T-Mobile SyncUp Drive Android app

T-Mobile’s SyncUp Drive can already help you diagnose problems with your vehicle, track its location, and analyze your driving behavior, and now it’s learning a new trick.

T-Mobile is adding roadside assistance to its SyncUp Drive device for no extra charge. Specifically, it’s getting Allstate Motor Club Roadside Assistance, which includes services like fuel delivery, lockout service, jumpstarts, tire changes, and towing.

This roadside assistance feature is being added to the SyncUp Drive for new and existing customers. Existing SyncUp Drive owners will need to accept an update in the SyncUp Drive app and then enroll in the Allstate Motor Club.

Those of you that don’t yet have a SyncUp Drive can grab one on sale right now. Normally the device sells for $120, but T-Mo is currently charging $0 down and $2 per month for 24 months, which works out to a total of $48.

This free roadside assistance feature is going live for the SyncUp Drive today, April 4. If you’re not already enrolled in a roadside assistance program, this feature makes the SyncUp Drive an even nicer accessory to have in your car, making it super easy to get help if you ever find yourself locked out of your vehicle or stranded on the side of the road.
