Verizon will offer 4K video streaming add-on starting November 3rd

Earlier this year, Verizon introduced two new unlimited plans: Go Unlimited with 480p video streaming and Beyond Unlimited with 720p video streaming. Those plans may have been disappointing for folks that like to watch high-quality video on the go, but now Verizon is launching a new add-on aimed at those customers.

Verizon will offer a plan add-on that’ll give you 4K video streaming starting November 3rd. This add-on will cost $10 per month.

While 720p video streaming may be fine for a lot of people, there are some people who want to stream the highest quality video that they can get. There are phones on the market with screens that have a resolution of 2560x1440 or higher, and owners of those devices may want to take full advantage of their display. Some folks may be disappointed that they have to pay $10 every month to stream original quality video on their phones, but at least that option will be available to them.

Are you going to get Verizon’s high-quality video streaming add-on?
