In addition to the new Moto Z2 Play, Motorola today took the wraps off of four new Moto Mods for its Z line of products.
First up is the new Moto GamePad. When you pop your Moto Z series phone into the GamePad, you’ll gain dual control sticks, a D-Pad, and four buttons to improve your gaming experience. Also included is a 1035mAh battery. Pricing for the Moto GamePad will be set at $79.99.
Next is the JBL SoundBoost 2, which features 10 hours of battery life, a kickstand, and a water-repellent coating. Users will be able to dial in the sound with app, too. The JBL SoundBoost 2 will cost $79.99.
Motorola’s next Moto Mod is the Moto TurboPower Pack. This battery pack adds 3490mAh of power to your device and can recharge in a hurry, giving you up to 50 percent capacity in 20 minutes. It, too, will cost $79.99.
Finally, there’s the Moto Style Shell with Wireless Charging. This Moto Mod lets you add some fun designs to your device, like a wood or floral pattern, while also adding wireless charging support to your phone. Included is support for Qi and PMA wireless charging support. Pricing for the Style Shell with Wireless Charging will be $39.99.
All four new Moto Mods will launch this summer.
