Apple pushing iOS 10.3.3 beta 4 update

iPhone 7 Plus hands-on review

One day after pushing a new iOS 11 beta release, Apple has started rolling out an iOS 10.3.3 beta update, too.

Apple has unleashed iOS 10.3.3 beta 4 today, pushing the update to registered iOS developers. The update doesn’t appear to be hitting members of the Apple Beta Software Program quite yet, but if past updates are any indication, it should start rolling out to those public testers in the next day or two.

There haven’t been any major new features discovered in past iOS 10.3.3 betas, which suggests that this update is focused on under-the-hood bug fixes and performance improvements. That would make sense considering that this is an x.x.1 update and we’re just a few months out from the public release of iOS 11, which will bring with it a plethora of new features.

Apple hasn’t said when iOS 10.3.3 will be released to the public. Now that we’re on the fourth beta release, though, a full launch may be just a couple of weeks out.
