AT&T today announced a new plan add-on to make it simpler to use your phone internationally.

The AT&T International Day Pass will launch this Friday, January 27, and it’ll cost $10. When enabled, the International Day Pass will give you unlimited talk and text for 24 hours, in addition to the ability to use data from your domestic bucket.

AT&T’s International Data Pass is available in more than 100 countries, including the UK, France, Italy, China, India, Jamaica, and the Bahamas. Also included is all of Central and South America.

This new add-on is much simpler than international plans of the past, which typically charged you by the minute, message, and megabyte. Now you pay $10 and then you won’t have to worry about your talk or text usage, and when it comes to data, you pull from the same bucket that you’ve got back home. So if you’re an AT&T customer that ever travels internationally, this is an add-on to look into.
