Along with the new Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL, it's rumored that Google could introduce a new Pixelbook device codenamed "Nocturne" at its October 9th event. Today we may be getting an early look at that device.
AboutChromebooks found a couple images from Brydge that may show Google's upcoming Nocturne Pixelbook tablet. While there's no hard evidence that the device shown in these images is Nocturne, there are a lot of little pieces of evidence that suggest that it is.
This Chrome OS device has no logo on its bottom bezel, something that suggests that this is a Google device since most other companies tend to put their logo there. Also of note is that we can see a USB Type-C port on the left side of the tablet, and the Nocturne is rumored to have two USB Type-C ports, one on each of its left and right sides. There's what appears to be a combination fingerprint reader and power button on the top left of the device, too, exactly where a previous leak showed that there would be one.
This Nocturne looks like it could be a nice device for Chrome OS fans. The bezels appear to be much smaller than those on the Pixelbook, and if you want a physical keyboard, you can attach it to one like the keyboard we see in these images.
Would you be interested in a Chrome OS tablet from Google like the one in these leaked images?
