Windows 10 Mobile may not be the most popular mobile operating system these days, but there are still folks that enjoy it. And for those people, Amazon’s got a pretty solid deal on a new W10M phone.
Amazon is selling the Alcatel Idol 4S with Windows 10 Mobile for $284.99. That’s more than $100 off Microsoft’s $400 asking price.
This particular Idol 4S with Windows 10 Mobile ships unlocked and is compatible with GSM carriers, like AT&T and T-Mobile in the US. Also of note is that it comes with a virtual reality headset so that you can immediately dive into the world of VR.
When it comes to specs, the Idol 4S with Windows 10 Mobile is packing a 5.5-inch 1920x1080 AMOLED display with dual front-facing speakers, a 21-megapixel rear camera, and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. Inside the body, which features glass on the front and the back, lives a Snapdragon 820 processor with 4GB of RAM.
Rounding out the Idol 4S’s spec list is 64GB of storage, a microSD card slot, a 3000mAh battery, USB Type-C, and support for VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling.
While those aren’t the highest-end specs around right now, they’re still pretty respectable, especially for a phone that costs less than $300. So if you’re a Windows 10 Mobile fan or you just want a new smartphone and are focused on price, the Idol 4S with Windows 10 Mobile is worth a look.
