Google Pixel sale offers the flagship Android phone for $349.99

Google Pixel XL hands-on

The Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL may be right around the corner, but if you care more about getting a deal on a phone than having the absolute latest hardware, then there’s a sale that you might want to check out.

Woot is discounting the original Google Pixel and Pixel XL. Pricing starts at $349.99 for a 32GB Pixel and $399.99 for a 32GB Pixel XL. You can also grab a 128GB Pixel XL for $449.99 if you’d like more built-in storage.

The phones that are being offered are Verizon unlocked Pixel phones. They should play nicely with all four major U.S. carriers. Also of note is that these units are refurbished. Woot says that they’re fully functional but may show slight signs of use.

While they’re nearing one year old, the original Pixel phones are still solid smartphones, especially at these sale prices. They’ve got high-res displays, Snapdragon 821 processors, and still one of the best smartphone cameras on the market. Plus, since they’re Pixels, they’ll get Android OS updates before most other devices for another year.
